Maryland Carpet and Tile just completed their 4th job for us over the past 3 years in both our former and current homes – we’ve had them install carpet, tile floors and hardwood floors and each job has been superb in every way. The entire leadership team, including Ali, Sophia and the current owner, Michael, have been unfailingly available, friendly and customer-focused, making sure to understand our needs and preferences and eagerly assisting us in selecting the right product from their enormous selection. They have worked diligently to accommodate our schedule and special requirements, they have ALWAYS done the work on time, and above all, the craftsmanship and attention to detail have always been exceptional. We are certainly not their biggest customer, but they have treated us as if we were! For their most recent job, replacing the tile kitchen floor that had been defectively installed by another contractor in our new home before we purchased it, Maryland Carpet and Tile went above and beyond even their previous outstanding work. They agreed to do the job on a tight schedule while we were on vacation and when they encountered an unexpected issue with a rotting section of the sub-floor, they were able to make the necessary repairs and keep us fully informed with texts and pictures from Michael, and still complete the work on time. We felt completely confident in the outcome while we were away, and sure enough, when we got home, the new floor was ready to use and looks absolutely fabulous! We are eternally grateful to Michael and his crew for their superior personal and professional service - we can’t recommend Maryland Carpet and Tile highly enough!
